Guess what! I won a photo competition with this photo. I'm SO happy!!! They liked the feeling and the originality with it! So I know I will be having a joyful evening over here!
Are you ready for the weekend? I'm sure you are. Nothing compares to late mornings and long breakfasts. Right now I'm into American pancakes with mable syrup. It's not a Norwegian tradition at all. We usually have very healthy breakfasts, but I just can't help myself! I love these and they're so simple to make. Maybe I'll come up with the recipe one day.
