Healthy tip :)





As I have told you before I love healthy eating and now and then I want to share some of my secrets with you. If you crave chocolate, this is a great way to trick your body.


Mash 1 banana (or 2)
Add 0,5 tsp cocoa powder or more
Add 4-5 walnuts in pieces


This is a very nutritious snack between meals. It takes away your craving for chocolate AND both the bananas and the walnuts contain melatonin which eaten regularly can help your sleep. Not bad :)


(and remember cocoa powder is healthy and contains antioxidants, especially raw cocoa powder)

  22. Oh how gorgeous! I've been to Italy many, many times but never Rome before. I used to have to travel to Milan and Bologna all the time for work and then would extend my business trips for pleasure. I've been to Florence, Venice, the Italian Riviera but never made it on down to Rome. I'll get there one day. :)
