Travel memory - London Underground

The underground in London is a very busy place. In some way it must have made an impression on me because I have so many pictures from this place. Don't ask me why. A lack of interesting places screaming to be photographed is for sure not the answer. Anyway, it is a great travel memory...which suits me perfect right in my travel dreaming mode :)

Have a GREAT day!

  5. Oh my, that does bring back memories, I am so glad I don't have to travel on that every day for work now, every day for 2 years, I do not know how I did it. Great photos. I never have the courage to take photos in places like this, I have no idea why, it is not as if I am ever going to see the people again, I need to be more confident! x x x x

  11. These photos are amazing Kristin!
    They speak volumes.
We have a shop in our city called "London Underground".
I used to love to shop there when I was a young woman in my late teens, but the prices are so dear, but the clothing well-made and so stylish.

  13. It's a weird world, down there: noises, music, warm air blowing... the sound of "things" moving fast... people running... a human "snake" at peak time!

It's all part of the life of a big city. In Paris you get performing artists, in the Metro, in London quiet and silence, or talented musiscians, in NY children selling M&ms to raise money on trains, for they school football team!

    Love the photos!

    Good night!

  23. Kristin, this post makes me smile because i actually have very nice memories of the London underground with my Spanish boyfriend. I prefer it to the Parisian metro which i used to ride every morning when i worked in Paris and which over the years unfortunately....still smells bad alas !
